While proctoring Jeb Bush's latest claims about Florida graduation rates, Blogwood caught the governor cheating-- again.
In theory, there's nothing wrong with counting G.E.D. and "special" degrees along with those who formally graduate from accredited high schools. Nothing, that is, except that's not how national "graduation rates" are calculated.
It's just like home repair. If you want to do the job right, you don't measure feet and inches with a metric meter stick.
