While Republican leader Dennis Hastert continues trying to shift the blame to everyone else for his own long-time enabling of Florida (ex-) congressman Mark Foley's perverted pursuit of under-aged House pages, "The Hill" is reporting that "the whistleblower who started the whole thing was a paid GOP staffer when the documents were first given to the media."
