Wall Street Front Running

Question: Does Wall Street front running with high-speed computers differ from the familiar delayed-broadcast horse race fraud? Or, the famous Breeder's Cup fraud, for that matter?

Answer: Yes, of course. If you do it at the race track, you'll go to jail. If Wall Street does it with computers, the brokers will get rich while you get screwed:
