How does Obama believe throwing cash at the auto makers benefits America while proposing to tax 401K plans?
Instead of raising the mimimum raise -resulting in smal businesses hiring less workers, why not reduce the taxes paid on these low earnings?
Most employers already pay above the minimum wage, and have done so for a long time.
The wage hike is minimal, and will not affect most small businesses. The few that it does affect are already in trouble in this economy.
As for President Obama throwing money at the auto makers, well it turns out he has thrown money at the American people, and they are taking advantage of it, so everyone wins, for once.
