No one could have predicted those two separate instances of death by neglect. So, Florida's Department of Children and Families "has agreed to formalize" her custody of however many of her other children may still be alive.

Isn't there something that can be done to actually improve DCF and stop this from happening to these children?
I love your posts, heartbreaking as they are.
But I feel so helpless, there must be something that can be done. Sigh.............
