Disgraceful

"The establishment of the writ of habeas corpus, the prohibition of ex post facto laws, and of Titles of Nobility ... are perhaps greater securities to liberty and republicanism than any [the Constitution] contains."
-- Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Paper No. 84, 1788
Any U.S. senator of any political party who votes to abolish habeas corpus for suspected "enemy combatants" is a disgrace to the Founding Fathers, the U.S. Constitution, the nation, and the ideal of "liberty and justice for all."

Full stop.
