Local FEMA

FEMA is announcing that the last remaining Disaster Recovery Center in Santa Rosa County will close Friday, October 14.

A "Joint Assistance Center" in Pensacola (Town and Country Plaza, 3300 N. Pace Blvd.) and a Disaster Recovery Center (348 Racetrack Road, Fort Walton Beach) will remain open.

I'm the one who posted about the NFIP yesterday.It seems the program is like all other Federal programs in that they get perverted just like social security. Thanks for your article as one of the most informative that I have read.
